Our elevator is currently broken and therefore it is unfortunately not possible for people with disabilities to get to the basement of the exhibition at the moment.
The barrier-free entrance to the museum is located at the rear entrance in Schellinggasse. After pressing the bell at the main entrance, the supervisory staff will grant you direct access.
The barrier-free toilet facilities are located on the ground floor of the neighbouring wing.
You can obtain portable stools free of charge from the ticket office, which can be used throughout the building.
Backpacks and handbags larger than 30 x 40 cm must be deposited in the lockers provided for this purpose.
All visitors have access to a cloakroom free of charge and the option of using a locker.
Pushchairs can be parked in the building.
There is a barrier-free toilet with changing table on the ground floor of the adjoining wing.
